Todos los relojes PHG incluyen una garant\u00eda internacional de dos a\u00f1os desde la fecha de compra, que cubre fallos del movimiento y defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n

Lo que est\u00e1 cubierto<\/h2>\n

  • Fallos del movimiento<\/li>\n
  • Desviaci\u00f3n de marcha fuera de tolerancia<\/li>\n
  • Defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n en la caja, la corona o el cristal<\/li>\n
  • Fallo de estanqueidad (en uso normal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Lo que NO est\u00e1 cubierto<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Da\u00f1os accidentales (ca\u00eddas, golpes, entrada de agua, etc.)<\/li>\n
    • Desgaste normal de correas y hebillas<\/li>\n
    • Apertura o reparaci\u00f3n no autorizadas<\/li>\n
    • Desgaste normal (ara\u00f1azos, roces)<\/li>\n
    • Da\u00f1os causados por mal uso o negligencia<\/li>\n
    • Cambio de pila<\/li>\n
    • P\u00e9rdida o robo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Proceso de servicio de garant\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n

      Paso 1: Contactar con el servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Correo: support@phgwatch.com<\/li>\n
      • Facilite su n\u00famero de pedido y una descripci\u00f3n del problema<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Paso 2: Presentar la documentaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Comprobante de compra (recibo o confirmaci\u00f3n del pedido)<\/li>\n
        • Fotos del defecto o del problema<\/li>\n
        • Tarjeta de garant\u00eda (si procede)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Paso 3: Enviar al centro de servicio<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Tras recibir la autorizaci\u00f3n, env\u00ede su reloj a nuestro centro de servicio<\/li>\n
          • Gastos de devoluci\u00f3n: en las solicitudes de servicio por cambio de opini\u00f3n, el comprador corre con los gastos de env\u00edo de la devoluci\u00f3n. En las reclamaciones por calidad, PHG los cubre.<\/li>\n
          • Recomendamos usar un env\u00edo con seguimiento y asegurado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            Paso 4: Reparaci\u00f3n y devoluci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Las reparaciones suelen tardar de 2 a 4 semanas<\/li>\n
            • Repararemos o sustituiremos las piezas defectuosas sin cargo<\/li>\n
            • Los relojes reparados conservan el periodo de garant\u00eda restante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
