Alle PHG-Zeitmesser haben ab Kaufdatum zwei Jahre internationale Garantie, die Werkfehler und Herstellungsfehler abdeckt.<\/p>\n\n

Was abgedeckt ist<\/h2>\n

  • Funktionsst\u00f6rungen des Werks<\/li>\n
  • Gangabweichung au\u00dferhalb der Toleranz<\/li>\n
  • Herstellungsfehler an Geh\u00e4use, Krone oder Glas<\/li>\n
  • Versagen der Wasserdichtigkeit (bei normalem Gebrauch)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Was NICHT abgedeckt ist<\/h2>\n

    • Unfallsch\u00e4den (St\u00fcrze, St\u00f6\u00dfe, eindringendes Wasser usw.)<\/li>\n
    • Normaler Verschlei\u00df von Armband und Schlie\u00dfe<\/li>\n
    • Unbefugtes \u00d6ffnen oder Reparieren<\/li>\n
    • \u00dcbliche Abnutzung (Kratzer, Scheuerstellen)<\/li>\n
    • Sch\u00e4den durch Missbrauch oder Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit<\/li>\n
    • Batteriewechsel<\/li>\n

      • Nennen Sie Ihre Bestellnummer und beschreiben Sie das Problem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Schritt 2: Unterlagen einreichen<\/h3>\n

        • Fotos des Defekts oder Problems<\/li>\n

          • Nach Erhalt der Freigabe senden Sie Ihre Uhr an unser Servicecenter<\/li>\n
          • R\u00fccksendekosten: Bei Serviceanfragen wegen Meinungs\u00e4nderung tr\u00e4gt der K\u00e4ufer die R\u00fccksendekosten. Bei Qualit\u00e4tsbeanstandungen \u00fcbernimmt PHG die R\u00fccksendekosten.<\/li>\n
          • Wir empfehlen den Versand mit Sendungsverfolgung und Versicherung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            Schritt 4: Reparatur & R\u00fccksendung<\/h3>\n

            • Reparaturen dauern in der Regel 2\u20134 Wochen<\/li>\n
            • Wir reparieren oder ersetzen defekte Teile kostenfrei<\/li>\n
